Do you offer office cleaning services?

Which areas do you service?
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in Bunbury, Eaton, Treendale, Australind, Harvey, Dalyellup, Capel, Busselton, Dunsborough, Vasse, Yallingup, Peppermint Grove Beach and the surrounding areas.
Is your company Insured?
Yes, we have compressive insurances in place to protect all parties should an unlikely situation was to occur. Contact us to see exactly what our insurance covers giving you the peace of mind when our team are outgoing cleaning services.
What is a cleaning consultation?
A cleaning consultation involves one of our experts visiting your home or office to discuss your specific cleaning needs. During the consultation, we’ll answer any questions, provide an accurate quote, and help you schedule a recurring cleaning appointment that suits your schedule.
Do you quote by the hour?
No, we offer per-job quotes for both commercial and residential cleans, based on the size of the property and the cleaning requirements. This will be discussed during your free cleaning consultation. For regular house cleaning, price estimates are available on our House Cleaning page.
What happens if my regular cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled clean falls on a public holiday or special occasion, we can either reschedule to the nearest available day or skip the clean, based on your preference.
What are your working hours?
Our office hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Do you have reviews or references?

Do you wash dishes or empty the dishwasher?
Typically, we do not wash dishes unless it’s part of an office cleaning service.
Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies, including fresh microfibre cloths and mop heads for every clean. We use high-quality products to ensure your home receives the best possible care, so you don’t have to worry about a thing!
What happens if you or I get sick?
If you’re feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you notify us and reschedule your clean for a later date to help prevent the spread of illness. Your health and safety, as well as that of our team, are our top priority.
How do I pay?
We send invoices via email, which can be paid through bank transfer or credit card within 24 hours.
How do we manage your feedback?
Feedback is extremely important to management and our cleaners. Our mission is to be a provider that is always better than yesterday. Your feedback will be taken on board immediately and will be compensated if required within a 24-hour timeframe.
Can my pets remain inside?
Absolutely! Your fur babies deserve that fresh home feeling too – right? If they can cause any harm to our staff or equipment, please ensure your pets are behind a closed gate at entrance, departure and throughout the duration of the clean to ensure all parties are safe.
Can I book a same day cleaning?
Spik n’ Span Cleaning normally requests a minimum of 24 – 48 hours so we can organise a cleaning team. We cannot guarantee a clean to be done but we will try our best!
Can I cancel a booking?
We understand that households may become sick, our team will re-schedule you clean promptly once you are all well and non-contagious to our staff. We typically require a minimum of 24 hours, or a cancellation fee may occur.
